A) Hotel Check In
a. Check In at 12 Noon (Early check,we will let you know)
** As per availability of rooms some guest may be entertained for early check in
** Cloak Room and/or 1-2 spare rooms will be available for guests to freshen up for Reminiscence’16
b. Occupancy: Double with extra bedding.
** Event Manager team will be present at hotel to handle check inns of the guests.
B) Reminiscence’16
a. College Entrance at 930 hrs
b. Registrations
c. Seats Allocation in Auditorium(theatrical Arrangement)
d. Stage Management (Anchor Based)
e. Sound, Light & set up of Auditorium
(Stage Backdrop, Projection Display, LED etc)
f. Tea, Coffee along with running snacks throughout the event.
g. Kids’ corner in College ground (This will be planned as per kids average age)
h. Group Photos for plaque
i. Lunch with teachers
j. Dispersal to hotel
C) Gala Dinner @ Eqbal Inn
a. Gala Dinner at 6:30 pm
b. Deliverables:
i. DJ, Sound set up
ii. Live Instrumental Music (3 Piece Band)
iii. Anchor – Resham Bhalla
iiii. Kids’ corner (This will be planned as per average age of kids )
v. Additional Lawn set up (Barbeque, Bonfire etc.)
vi. Table arrangements
vii. Photography Wall of all the Doctors attending the meet.
